The MST-ISL distance learning program is designed to take advantage of the traditional as well as modern concepts. The entire course is divided into five modules. The Six Sigma Online Certification Training involves the following steps:
  • Self study (through Six Sigma books and CD-ROM)
  • Computer Based Tutorials
  • Interacting with Black Belts (e-mentoring)
  • Implementing a real-life project (optional)
The course material for the Six Sigma online certification training program consists of specially designed Six Sigma course material, Multimedia CD-ROM with 10 hours of audio/video lectures and MS-Excel tutorials. The most important feature of the Six Sigma online certification training program is the web based support for one year. Experienced Black Belts will provide web based e-mentoring, which consists of clarifications, guidance and project facilitation.
