Mr. Suelo is the General Manager and founder of MST Consulting & Training Services. He is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer, graduated from University of the East. A certified and accredited IRCA/IATCA (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) Lead Auditor of United Kingdom and Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Certified ISO TS 16949 Auditor AOQC Moody International Asia Pacific, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt CSSBB, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt CSSGB. Certified Trainer and Training Needs Analyst under Omniserve Development Institute.

 

He brings with him more than fifteen (15) years solid work experience in manufacturing and service industry, with specialization in the design and development of Management Systems (such as: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, QS 9000/ISOTS 16949) and implementation of Quality and Productivity Improvement Techniques. With extensive project management experience for more than twelve (12) years leading corporate functions achieve registration to different International Standards, establishment of management systems, installation of TQM programs and Continual Improvement Tools and Techniques (SPC, MSA, FMEA, etc.). Provides training, consulting and auditing function primarily on International Standards coupled with relevant quality improvement techniques using business process approach and design reengineering methodologies.

 

Had served different industries that includes automotive parts manufacturers, electronic devices and parts manufacturer, metal coatings, metal and alloy fabrication, metal press, tooling and die parts, plastic molding, packaging, electrical and communication, pharmaceuticals, veterinary products, logistics, procurement, construction, hotel and restaurants, chemical analysis, testing facilities and among others.

Dr. R.S.Chalapathi, an M.Tech and Ph.D in Mechanical Engineer from IIT, Kharagpur has spent four years on the shop floor for the implementation of ISO-9001, SPC, MSA, FMEA. He was later associated with IMT, Ghaziabad,as a full-time faculty for two years.

He is IQA Certified Quality Lead Auditor and Certified trainer from CBI, Netherlands. He has conducted a large number of in-house and open-house training programs in Six Sigma, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DoE, Taguchi Methods, ISO-9000.

He has to his credit of developing Six Sigma training programs on Black Belt, Champion, Green Belt and DFSS programs customized to different Industries. He has trained and mentored about 300 Black Belt programs in the last five years in India and other countries.

He has provided training and consulting services to 6 units of Samtel Group, Escotel Mobile Communications Limited, Godferey Phillips India Limited, TEI Technologies Pvt. Limited and Gontermann Peipers India Limited, Oman Insurance Company, Dubai.

 

He started Institute of Sigma Learning Pvt. Ltd. (ISL) with a vision of popularizing practical and cost effective six sigma programs. ISL is representing International Quality Federation (IQF), USA in India and authorized to issue their certificates.

 

In 2002 authored the first Indian book on Six Sigma 'Developing 6 Sigma competencies'.

Mr. Joel J. Lonzanida PhD

Joel is an Industrial Engineering graduate at MAPUA Institute of Technology, earned his Master in Business Administration MBA degree with honors at International Academy of Management and Economics and currently holds a doctorate degree of Philosophy in Management.

Joel has around eighteen (18) years of work experience on multinational companies and twelve (12) of which in a key managerial role with local and foreign interfacing. Most of the responsibilities focus on business process improvements using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean System, Business Process Reengineering, and ISO 9001:2000 (manufacturing and service) and having been certified on the following: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Certified, ISO 9001:2000 Auditor, and Philippine Quality Award Assessor.  Have garnered several Divisional and Corporate Awards at Intel manufacturing as a recognition for the critical business process improvements/lean projects (~$3.5M cost savings overall annually) relative to key objectives. Was able to successfully establish the Quality Management System of thirty-three (33) different multinational companies as part of consultancy and auditing job, likewise have done consulting and facilitation on Six Sigma and Lean. Had contributed in cost savings (~Php4.5M) of a service insurance firm through the application of lean six sigma.

He Had successfully lead and implemented Six Sigma and Lean in a call center industry (multi-sites). Improved processes in terms of quality and productivity as well as enabled savings of $693000 annualized direct cost and improved SLAs for a BPO company.

Mr. Arnold  Z. David, MBA

Arnold is currently the Assistant Vice President of ETSI Technologies Inc., A Siemens AG Joint Venture Company and is a Senior Associate Consultant of MST Consulting & Training Services. More than 25 years of experience in the field of quality and engineering application in various industry setting. Arnold has developed and implemented successful Six Sigma and quality improvement programs in both service and manufacturing applications.


Arnold is a former President of QCPA (Quality Circle Practitioners Association) from 1998 to 2000. He has been in the organization since 1990 providing a practical methodology for deploying Six Sigma and its DMAIC problem-solving approach. His prior projects for Six Sigma Deployment includes fabrication line balancing, the glasshouse transfer, shuttle services make or buy, setting up claims management, the hopper and crane, management development programs and more which are mostly on process and standard set ups and improvements on Quality and Six Sigma methods. Arnold has developed and led well received training and consulting programs in Six Sigma and related topics to numerous clients in diverse industries, including Republic-Asahi Glass Corporation, TIPCO-Bataan Group of Companies, Mapua Institute of Technologies, BellTel Corporation, University of Regina Carmeli, Siemens Group of Companies and many others.


Before joining MST Consulting in 2003, Arnold specialized in Quality Engineering in the Masters Program at the Mapua Institute of Technologies. He later served as a TQM Manager for a consumer goods manufacturer, and a TQC Director at an industrial products manufacturer. In these roles, he developed company-wide Quality Systems to meet the demands of a diverse customer base, including the automotive industries.

 

Arnold received his BS Management and Industrial Engineering at the Mapua Institute of Technology with an Oscar Mapua Silver Medal Award and has taken his Master in Business Administration (MBA) at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.  He has passed the Certification Lead Assessor Course of ISO 9000 Quality Management System and is a certified MODAPTS Plus Practitioner. He is also a certified facilitator for 7 Habits for Highly Effective People by Center for Leadership and Change. He successfully completed the Human Resources Executive Program provided by the University of Michigan Business School. And, he has taken labor courses at the Ateneo Law School.

 

Arnold is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and had taken his Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). Recently, he attended and passed the Awareness Program for ISO/TS 16949 and the 5-Day Supplier Auditor Certification Course for ISO/TS 16949:2002. This October 2006, Arnold has passed his Project Management Certification and he is now a certified Senior Project Manager under the IPMA rules.

Mr. Saldavia specializes in conceptualization, research, design, development, facilitation and evaluation of training and development interventions. He brings with him over 20 years of combined professional experience in the field of training and consulting in the fields of Organization Development and Corporate and Organizational Communication. His special areas of interest include Training of Trainers, Corporate Values Clarification, Leadership Dynamics, Building the Team Organization, Management Development, Human Resource Management, Organizational & Corporate Communication, among others.

 

Mr. Henry has served as consultant and professional manager in business, industry and non-government organizations. His professional experience include: senior management consultant with a foremost local management consulting firm; training consultant with a multinational group of consultants for foreign funding institutions; corporate communication consultant for a public relations agency, an industry foundation, a marketing association, and a research/training institution; strategic programs and training director for a journalism and communication graduate school and research/training institution; training and development manager of a British semiconductor firm; regional program director for an industry foundation; and training and personnel manager of an IT training institution, among others.

 

Mr. Henry was educated in journalism at Silliman University. He pursued graduate studies in MBA at the University of St. La Salle; MA English, Central Philippine University; and Master in Communication Management, Asian Institute of Journalism & Communication. An active member of the Christian Business Men’s Committee (CBMC), Metro East Division of the Philippine CBMC, he is Director and Consultant of MST Consulting for Human Development Programs and Soft Skills Training.
